At Cemara, every piece is carefully produced in limited quantities. All purchases are considered final. Please review the policy below before completing your order.





1. No Refund Policy

All orders are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including:


  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Delay in delivery by courier
  • Dissatisfaction with fit or preference


2. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:


  • Sizing issues
  • Design or color preference
  • Any personal reasons


3. Exceptions (Defect / Wrong Item Only)

We only review cases if:


  • Item received is defective, or
  • Item received is incorrect



Conditions:


  • Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging


4. Strict Quality Check

All items are inspected before shipping.

Minor imperfections that do not affect wearability are not considered defects.


5. Claim Process

To submit a claim:


  • Contact us via WhatsApp/DM within 48 hours
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos & video of the issue

Incomplete requests will not be entertained.


6. Approval Rights

  • All claims are subject to Cemara’s final review and approval
  • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet our terms



7. Resolution (If Approved)

If your claim is approved:


  • We will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) OR
  • Store credit of equal value



No cash refunds will be issued.


8. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Cemara will not be liable for any lost or damaged return parcels


9. Final Note

By placing an order with Cemara, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
